This letter was hand written, by John Gotti, from prison sometime around 1999. His very distinct signature has been included by him at the end of the letter. The contents of the letter, to a female friend, were later profiled in the New York Times in June 2002(copy included). Next to this letter we've included a mugshot of Gotti from his 1968 arrest.
