Up for sale is a wonderful hand signed photo of President Jimmy Carter sitting in front of a wall of books and American flag. The photograph which measures 9.5 x 7.5 inches is mounted to white board measuring 14 x 11 inches and is personally inscribed in black ink script "with best wishes to Allen Arthur". Jimmy's signature is seen below the black script and has partially faded.
